Yoga for Athletes

This class is designed to increase mobility by coupling strength and flexibility. We work on range of motion and rotation with a focus on problem areas such as hips, psoas, hamstrings, shoulders and low back. This class is for all levels and anyone who wants more pliability in there body and healthy connective tissues for life!

Morning Stretch

Morning stretch speaks for itself!  This class incorporates gentle movement to get the fascia moving and free from sticking so your body can open comfortably into stretches after hours of being still during sleep. Prep your body and build energy for your day! Great for all levels.

Gentle Stretch

This class speaks for itself! Perfect for beginners or first-time yogis. Gentle stretch is structured for patiently opening the body and calming the central nervous system to prepare for sleep. A wonderful way to end your day!
