The Sounds of Yin

A yin class (which is a series of passive, longer hold stretches designed to target not just the muscles, but also connective tissues to improve flexibility) combined with signing bowls to relax, open and heal your body. I great way to unwind and reset!

Gentle Strectch

A more gentle, supportive version of our morning stretch. We use lots of props, utilize breathwork and move slowly. 

                    Great for all levels

Almost Hot Hatha Vinyasa

Hatha means the poses are held. Vinyasa means to flow with breath. 

Holding postures creates strength and length in the physical body and the mind. Flow helps to lubricates the joints and improve fascia health. This class combines both styles to improve all over tissue health. The room temperature is set at 86 degrees. 

           This class operates at a level 2

Morning Stretch

Morning stretch speaks for itself!  This class incorporates a mix of classic yoga postures and stretches to alleviate your body from morning stiffness and build energy for your day!

Functional Movement and Stretch

This class is a fusion of yoga and other exercises to increase strength, flexibility, balance and mobility to improve our everyday life functions. 

                       Great for all levels

Private Lessons

     We offer private lessons for all levels.

Sound Healing

A 45 minute class of crystal alchemy singing bowl magic. Allow the bowls to take you into a deep state of mediative relaxation. This session is for anyone who is looking to decrease stress and anxiety and receive deep healing on a cellular level. Class packages apply! Myofascial Release

A 45 minute class where we use techniques with foam rollers, myofascial release balls, blankets and yoga blocks to break up densification in congested areas of the body. A great practice for anyone who struggles with flexibility, chronic tightness or wants to improve tissue resilience.
