Warm Vinyasa
Vinyasa is the sequencing of postures synced with your inhale and exhale. This allows energy to flow and a deep connection between the mind and body to occur. Get in the zone and out of your head! The room temperature ranges from 80 to 86 degrees.
This class operates around a level 2 to 2-3.
Vinyasa for Beginners
This class is created to prepare you for Vinyasa. The poses are taught at a beginner’s level to build the foundation of proper alignment and safety. We break down postures, modifications, breath work and transitions so when your ready, you can flow with confidence!
This class is level 1-2
Almost Hot Hatha
This is a Hatha style class which means the poses are held. Holding postures creates strength and length in the physical body and the mind. This class operates at all levels because when the postures are held, it gives ample time to be guided into the proper alignment with the option to take modified or advanced postures. The room temperature is set at 86 degrees.

Morning stretch speaks for itself! This class incorporates gentle movement to alleviate your body from morning stiffness and build energy for your day!

This class is a fusion of yoga and other exercises to increase strength, flexibility, balance and mobility to improve our everyday life functions.
