Here you can view each of our course offerings as well as our level descriptions. We want to ensure that you have the best experience possible so we encourage you to take a little time and find which class is the right fit for you!

Level I classes are designed for those who have had little exposure to yoga, but are eager to learn and start experiencing the amazing benefits of a yoga practice. The beginner student needs slow-paced direction and a great level of detail so they can become familiar with basic yoga poses and proper alignment.

Level I – II classes considered to be for the experienced beginner are designed for those who have had exposure to yoga, including an introduction to basic yoga poses and proper alignment. The experienced beginner student would like to explore their practice and begin becoming more familiar with poses, alignment, and use of breath.

Level II classes are for the “intermediate yoga student” and are designed for those who have a good understanding of the basic
yoga postures and have begun to explore a wider variety of poses and styles. The intermediate student understands the relationship between breath, movement, and safe alignment.
Level II – III classes are designed for more experienced yogis with a very solid understanding of basic yoga postures who are comfortable performing more advanced poses. The advanced-intermediate student practices yoga regularly and has begun to master connection of breath with movement. These classes are meant to challenge.
Level III classes are designed for the dedicated and very experience yogi. These classes are the most physically challenging including more complex arm balances, inversions, and deeper yoga postures. Your use of breath is key!
